Sunil George, the Founder Director of Stimulus Consulting, has over 11 years experience in Management Training across a cross-section of industries.

In December 1996, he was nominated among the top 3 Human Resource Managers in India for the H & FS award for excellence in hospitality. In January 1997 he moved into Apex Training Services as a Trainer Consultant and was actively involved in customized Corporate Training in a variety of disciplines across the country. He is an MBA, and trains the best of Corporate across Asia-Pacific .

P.H.V. ACHARYA

P.H.V. Acharya is a Director and Senior Consultant with Stimulus. He has 18 years of experience in Behavioral Science training and Finance, of which 10 have been in various capacities in the banking industry with Canara Bank and Bank of Maharashtra. In addition, he owns a stock- broking firm, a leasing and hire purchase Company and is the President of a Co-operative bank. He also owns 2 successful computer training center franchises.

Acharya specializes in programs on finance for non-finance executives, Profit Orientation, Time Management, Stress Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship development. He has been successfully associated with corporates like see-through Technologies, Wipro InfoTech, Hewlett Packard, Satyam GE, TVS Electronics, Haritha Finance, Oracle, Deutsche Software, Mc Dowells etc.

KIRAN SOMANATH

Kiran Somanath comes with 10 years of experience in varied fields of the Hospitality Industry, and Training and Development. After acquiring a Diploma in Hotel Management, he joined as Lobby Manager at The Holiday Inn Resort in Goa, and later, at Holiday Inn, Bangalore. During his tenure there, he took over the reins of the Training Department from Sunil George.

In 1997 Kiran joined the Taj Group of Hotels as a Training Executive attached to the Corporate Training Cell for Southern India. With the Taj Group he rendered his services at various units, including the Taj Exotica in Sri Lanka. Here he headed the Front Office Department, and also actively contributed to the overall training of the employees. He was also entrusted with the special task of training the staff and executives at the Samudra in Colombo, which was preparing then to play host to the seven Heads of State and other dignitaries attending the SAARC Summit in July 1998. He was also appointed as the Quality Co-ordinator for The Taj West End in Bangalore.

 
 


He now heads the operations at Stimulus. BRIAN VERGHESE

Brian Verghese is a professional trainer in multiple disciplines. He has successfully conducted special training modules for food and beverage operations. He has a diploma in Hotel management from England and has obtained accredited Certificates of professionalism from the City and Guilds of the London Institute in Advanced Service Techniques, Professional catering and Advanced Communication skills. He has added to his educational qualifications by obtaining a Masters degree in English Literature.

He spent many years working in Sweden, France and England before moving back to India, where he was an operational manager at the Holiday Inn, Bangalore. He has served as Project Manager for Catering to the United Nations Aided Mission in Rwanda, where he was awarded a Special Certificate of Appreciation from the Force Commander for services rendered to the United Nations Keeping forces.

 
 


He served as the Head of Department of the Hindustan Academy of Hotel Management, which offers a three-degree program in Hotel Management from Bangalore University. He has also been a member of the Examination Board at the University for two years.

He has the distinction of writing a reference book " Professional Food and Beverage Service Management " which was published by Macmillan India Limited, and which is now being used by Hotel Management colleges all over India.

He has also spent a period working at Msource, an eCRM call center affiliated to BFL software. During the project stage, he assisted in the training of the customer service executives for online operations.

As professional training is of interest to him, he has expanded his repertoire to include all training modules that bear relevance to the growth and development of enthusiastic young professionals working in a modern business environment. RAJANGA SIVAKUMAR

He is BE in Electronics and Communication. He has over four years experience in teaching and research at IIT (Mumbai). He has over 28 years HP experience including 17 years with HP's distributor Bluestar in their HP division.

Pioneered the formation of HP India, and setting up of manufacturing along with HP India founding President Suresh Rajpal in 1988 / 89.He has worked in several positions in Marketing, Support and General Management. Last position, he held was the General Manager for south and General Manager Quality. He was a member of the HP India Functional Management Team since inception.

 
 

In HP Quality is responsible in leading process definition and integration, performance measurement, and driving improvements that result in increased customer loyalty and business results.

He headed the team that spearheaded the preparation of the application for the CII Business Excellence Award in 1997. HP India was the first recipient of this prestigious award.HP India was also one of the HP sites to receive the HP President's Quality Award in 1998.

He worked part time as Business Excellence Advisor in Trigyn Technologies from March 2000 to June 7, 2001.

Presently he is perusing several independent assignments in the areas of Business Excellence. The areas he cover include Leadership, Managing For Business Excellence, Business Planning, Customer Focus, Process Management, Process improvement, Project Management, Surveys (Employees' Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, Leadership Assessment, 360 Degrees) etc.

He is a senior assessor under the CII-EXIM Business Excellence program. This is based on the EFQM Business Excellence Model. Since 1997, He has had the opportunity to be part of the team that assessed such organizations as TISCO, HINDALCO, AT&S (Nanjangud), Tata Liebert (Mumbai) etc.

 
 
 
 
PRATIKSHA MISHRA

Pratiksha comes with over 4 years of experience in HR and Training. With her main passion as training, she has always been associated with training and the training industry apart from HR consultancy.

After her MBA, she started off her career with GE in the HR department and later on with IBM and i2. In all these companies, she used to fully handle training of new recruits. She has conducted several internal and outbound training programs in these companies.

She has also undergone training in Interpersonal Transaction Analysis, Behavioral based structured Interviewing from IBM and Train the Trainer.
With Careerline - Stimulus since November’ 2003, Pratiksha is currently associated with HP, Oracle, Centillium, HCL Perot System and eServe.

 

 
 
 
 
SUDHIR GUJLVADY

Sudhir is the Head – Organizational Development of Careerline - Stimulus Consulting Private Limited, Bangalore, India. Sudhir's personal areas of expertise lie in Sales and Marketing, Key Account Management, Negotiations, Customer Relationships, and Communication Skills. His humorous, and engaging presentation style keeps people riveted during his talks.

Born in 1941, Sudhir started his career as a front line Salesman with Esso Standard Eastern Inc. an affiliate of Standard Oil N.J.. From there, he worked his way to General Manager of the Filtration Division of John Fowler (India) Ltd. During his tenure with this Company he was sent to the USA for training in marketing practices at their collaborator Flanders Filters based in North Carolina.

 
 

In 1994, Sudhir was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and founded a marketing services and consulting company. After managing this company till 1999, he decided to get back into the Corporate environment and joined an Indo – German Company Ultrafilter India Pvt Ltd as their Chief Operating Officer. In 2000 he was associated with a bottled drinking water project as its Chief Executive.

In 2003, he joined Careerline - Stimulus Consulting Pvt Ltd a leading Soft Skills Training Company and is responsible for Organizational Growth and Profits, Business Development and Training Delivery .From March 2003, he has trained at Hewlett Packard, Redington (India) Ltd, Ness Technologies, Titan Industries, Larsen and Toubro Ltd., Greaves (India)Ltd., Tata Teleservices Ltd., and Automotive Axles Ltd. in Negotiation Skills, Selling Skills and Key Account Management, Communication and Leadership Skills. He has also delivered many programs to fresh entrants of HP e Global Services transitioning from campus to corporate life.

Sudhir holds a B.A. Degree in Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Advertising and has attended the Senior Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has participated in a IMPACT Training for Trainers program designed and developed by the Performance Improvement Center, Auckland College of Education New Zealand conducted by their associates in India, Strategic HR Services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. He has traveled to the USA, UK, Europe, Russia and South Africa.
